Pure Luxe eye colors can be used dry, or with a damp brush for lining, or more intense color on the lids.
Each shadow will look different when wet. It's like having 2 colors in one!
Application Tips
My first and MOST IMPORTANT tip is that a sponge tip applicator is NOT your friend. If you remember only one tip from this site, this should be the one. Sponge tip applicators are EVIL! You will never achieve a beautiful blend with one. Besides, a sponge is designed to absorb what is put on it. Thats why after a few weeks, the sponges look waxy. That is facial oils, dead skin and old shadow built up. YUCK! Quality brushes can be washed with a mild shampoo, or brush cleanser, and left upright to dry naturally.
Choose a light color for your base color. Tap a small amount into your cap, take your shadow BRUSH, and swirl it in the powder, tap off the excess, and apply from your lid to brow bone. This is like an artist priming their canvas. It creates a uniform color to apply your other colors on.
There are many different ways to apply shadow, depending on the look or effect you want to achieve. Cosmetics are all about the art of illusion. The right technique can draw wide set eyes closer, deep set eyes out, bulging eyes inward, etc... It is all an illusion.
A basic technique is to add a deeper color in your crease, feathering the color up so it blends. Don't start out dark. It is easier to add more color than it is to subtract after. Apply a complimentary lighter color on your lid, and blend that into the deeper color in your crease.
For deeper color and more shimmer, dip your shadow brush in water, pick up a little powder with the tip, and use your cap to mix the powder & water together to make a creamy paste. Once the shadow has dried, it can be blended to soften the edges. This technique is also used to turn any shadow into a liner using a smaller liner brush.

Dusk
Soft Dove gray. Completely matte.
Ghost Mist
VERY unique! Light gray base color. When buffed, a lavender will appear in the base. Soft gold & bronze interference. Shimmery.
Lovey Dovey
Dove gray shade. Very low shimmer. Excellent eye liner.
Razor
Metallic bright true silver. High shimmer.
Divine
Beautiful shimmery Ecru. Great as a highlighter.
Antique Lace
Creamy ecru with a surprising blue interference.
Vanilla
Soft creamy vanilla with subtle silk finish.
White Diamonds
Pure white shimmer with millions of micro-diamond-like shimmers.

Sheer pure white. Silk finish.
