How to Apply
You will see the most dramatic color changes when used foiled (applied wet) as a shadow or liner.
Can be applied dry, but the change will be more subtle.
Since these colors rely on different views and angles to see the color changes, once applied to the eye you will have a hard time seeing the shift on yourself.
