All it takes is a sheer wash of primer on your eye to keep you looking picture perfect all day!
Also makes most shadows more vibrant.
Directions For Use
Using the applicator wand or cosmetics brush, apply a very thin layer of the primer onto the eye area and let set for 2 seconds.
Load a brush with pigment, tap off excess, and gently pat pigment onto area.
