PAYMENT OPTIONS
Accepted methods of payment are Paypal, credit cards, and money orders.
The websites secure shopping cart is Paypal based. If you do not have a Paypal account, you are also able to pay via a credit card without having to have a Paypal account.
You will be asked to provide your information (this is a secured server) like any other transaction. You will be given the option of signing up for paypal, but it is not necessary to complete your transaction.
You are also able to purchase Pure Luxe Cosmetics with a money order or cashiers check.
Simply either cut and copy your order and mail it to our customer service link, or e-mail what you would like to customer service. You will then receive a printable invoice to your e-mail address with mailing details and total.
SHIPPING
We at Pure Luxe strive to provide you with the quickest service and shipping available. Depending on what time an order is received, our usual turn-around from initial order to shipping is 3-5 business(mon. - Fri.) days. All of our products are handmade in small batches and hand packaged.
Shipping within the USA for orders that incur $4.50 shipping in the cart is shipped via the USPS 1st class with delivery confirmation. Shipping 1st class allows us to offer you a lower shipping and handling rate. Orders that incur $7.50 or more in shipping cost will ship via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Shipping for international orders goes out via airmail. Most times, the shipping costs represented in the shopping cart also covers international shipping. International orders also have to option of shipping Global Priority, and costs will be adjusted accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE - International order will take on average 7-20 days to arrive once the parcel ships.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive 3 e-mails. The first one will be a receipt for your purchase.
The second one will give you a pending tracking number, and the status will be "in process". At this point, your order is being filled. The tracking number WILL NOT show up yet on the USPS website.
For those of you curious as to how I can have a tracking number, but it not be valid. All tracking numbers are pre-assigned. Once they get scanned into the system, they are activated. I legitimately have the pre-activated tracking numbers.
The third e-mail will be a status of "shipped". at this time, the post office has picked up your parcel for shipping, and when they get the tracking number scanned into the system, it will show up on the USPS website tracking page.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, the USPS has went up drastically in the cost of international shipping. The new international ship costs listed are actual shipping costs imposed by the USPS. Im sorry for the abrupt change. It is beyond our control :(

The shipping table provided above applies to international shipping in most instances. International orders ship via airmail letter post for most average sized orders, in which tracking is not available.
We can offer Global Priority and/or Global Express at an additional cost.
Global Express does have package tracking.
International group orders and larger orders over $100.00 will have to be shipped Global Express due to weight and cost.
Once the order has been packaged and weighed, you will receive another invoice for the shipping balance. You will only be charged actual shipping cost. Please allow 7-20 days for delivery once a package ships.
75% of the time, if you feel your parcel should have arrived and it has not, it is sitting in your countries customs for inspection, and that can add an extra 2 weeks to your wait while they clear your parcel.
Since we ship to over 50 countries, a completely accurate international shipping rate built into the cart would be impossible. The rates we placed into the cart is just an estimate. If your shipping exceeds the cart charge, you will receive a separate invoice for the balance of the actual shipping cost.
